Real systems. Real businesses. Live right now.

No mockups, no “coming soon” vaporware on the parts that count. Every build below is shipped to a real owner who owns it outright: code, design, hosting, data. The numbers you’ll see are pulled straight off the databases these businesses log into tonight.

01. The Case Studies

Builds wrapping up, told in full.

A repair crew that needed to track its own steel. A church paying a platform to host its own sermons. A 64-acre luxury resort with operations split across disconnected tools. Here’s exactly what was broken, what I built, and what it does now.

Upstate Structural Repair jobsite inventory dashboard built by MattCreates
Inventory System · Live

Upstate Structural Repair

The problemA growing foundation-repair crew was tracking steel, jacks and pier stock across eight trucks on paper and in someone’s head. Material walked off jobsites. Estimates went out without knowing what was actually on the shelf. The fix kept getting quoted as a $15,000 three-month software project.

The buildA jobsite-first inventory system: the field crew logs material from a phone on site, the office sees the count update the same minute. Tied to manufacturers, vendors and per-truck stock. Scoped down to a focused $300/hr one-week build that shipped exactly what they needed and nothing they didn’t.

The result Running in production. The crew owns the code, the database and the server outright, no monthly platform fee on a tool they depend on daily.

A Woodruff congregation site: sermon archive, prayer list and weekly bulletin
Church Platform · Live

A Woodruff Congregation

The problem A small Woodruff congregation needed a real online home: sermon archive, prayer list, event calendar, weekly bulletin, but every “church website” service wanted a monthly subscription to host the church’s own content, forever, with the data locked inside someone else’s platform.

The build A full church site on infrastructure the church controls. One login runs the whole thing: upload a sermon, post a prayer request, add an event. No developer in the loop for weekly . A member keeps it current himself.

The result Live and in weekly use. 12 sermons archived, 61 prayer requests fielded through the system, and zero recurring platform fees on content the church already owns.

Mountain Resort. 64-acre luxury resort hospitality platform in the North Carolina mountains
Hospitality Platform · In Build

Mountain Resort

The problemA 64-acre family-owned luxury resort in the North Carolina mountains was managing bookings, guest requests, and staff operations across disconnected tools. No single system bridging the front-desk calendar, maintenance requests, and the guest experience. When rain moves in on an outdoor property, the revenue gap has no infrastructure to fill it. The fix kept getting framed as a website problem. It wasn’t.

The build A full hospitality infrastructure platform: online booking tied to a live property management layer, a guest portal for pre-arrival requests and in-stay communication, staff dashboards for maintenance and room readiness, and an admin system that gives ownership a real-time operational picture. Guest experience was assessed through site visits. If the stay works for the family, it works for the guest. Every module is built to template so the next hospitality engagement starts from working code.

The resultPlatform in final build. Demo live. The full operational layer: booking, property management, guest portal, staff systems. Replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools and positions the property to absorb expanded amenities without proportional staff growth.

LawnSkapers. local landscape maintenance and outdoor services for the Greenville Upstate
Landscape Services · In Progress

LawnSkapers

The problemA local landscaper running lawn care, hardscaping, and seasonal cleanup was operating entirely on word of mouth and a phone number. No website, no way for new customers to see the work or request a quote without a call. Growth was capped by how many people he could talk to in a week.

The buildA brand identity and service-first website: every service listed with clear descriptions, a portfolio of completed work, and a direct path to request an estimate. Domain secured, multi-brand strategy coordinated alongside a companion project. All built to be owned outright, no monthly platform fees.

The resultIn progress. Brand direction set, domain secured, website build underway.

Far Above Rubies. doula services, birth support, and postpartum care
Doula Practice · In Progress

Far Above Rubies

The problemA new doula practice needed a professional web presence from day one, something that communicated warmth, trust, and expertise before a single client conversation. Every “doula website” service wanted monthly fees on someone else’s platform, with the content locked inside their system.

The buildA clean, personal site built on the same ownership-first infrastructure used for client work: service descriptions, practitioner profile, and a direct path to book a consultation. Everything owned outright, hosted alongside the family of MattCreates properties.

The resultIn progress. Design and content underway, infrastructure ready.
