The problem
The business ran on word of mouth and a phone number. Anyone wanting an estimate had to call and describe the yard out loud.

A family-owned landscape company in the Upstate, doing plant installation, mulching, sod and irrigation since 1999, needed a real website and an easy way for people to ask for an estimate.
The business ran on word of mouth and a phone number. Anyone wanting an estimate had to call and describe the yard out loud.

A website built around four services (plant installation, mulching, sod installation and irrigation maintenance), an estimate form that takes photos straight from a phone and shrinks them before they upload, and a client portal with customer accounts and an owner view, built on Node.js, Express and MariaDB.

Live at shermanlandscape.com. Estimate requests arrive by email with photos of the yard attached.
